ORDERING
You
may place your order online using your credit card
with our secure shopping cart.
Alterntatively,
if you prefer to pay for your order using a check or
money order, follow the procedure for choosing your
selections as if you were placing a credit card order.
The CHECK OUT page will automically compute shipping
charges and sales tax, if applicable (see below). When
you get to the CHECK OUT page, simply print it out
and mail it to us along with payment. Payments made
by personal check require seven business days for bank
clearance before shipping. Payments made by money order
ship immediately.
Or,
if you wish, you may fax your printed copy of the completed
CHECK OUT form or have it handy if you prefer to phone
in your credit card order.
Most
items are shipped the same day. We carry a large inventory,
but if we do not happen to have an item in stock, we
will not charge your credit card until we are
able to ship the item to you.
CALIFORNIA
RESIDENTS
- We
are required by state law to collect sales tax on
all shipments made to addresses within California.
The tax rate is 7.75% and must be included in your
payment. The automated shpping cart will calculate
the appropriate tax.
U.S.
RESIDENTS
- We
do not collect sales tax on shipments made to addresses
outside of the State of California.
- CANADIAN
RESIDENTS
- We
ship only recorded, or duplicated and lightweight
products via air mail to Canada. Keyboards, stands,
benches or other heavy items cannot be shipped at
this time. All payments must be clearly stated "Payable
in U.S. Funds". You will be responsible for
any applicable duty, taxes or customs charges.
COUNTRIES
OUTSIDE THE USA AND CANADA
- Only
orders for recorded products (cassettes, videos
and compact discs) can be accepted at this time
for destinations outside the USA and Canada. Payment
must be made in U.S. dollars by money
order or credit card. Our airmail shipping
charges are two times the standard charges for
USA shipments, and must be included with your order.
Our recorded products are only available in English
language versions. You will be responsible for
any customs charges and/or applicable duty or taxes.
RETURNS
POLICIES
Casio
Keyboards.COM values your business and your additional
purchases. A large proportion of our customers order
from us more than once. Our goal is to provide you
with information to select from our quality offerings
to match your needs, applications and skill level.
Please call us with any questions before you order.
Our normal hours are 8AM-5PM in California, Monday
through Friday. We pledge to do our best to help you
choose correct products so that you will buy from us
again. To return an item:
- Call
us first for a return authorization.
- Products
may be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
Shipping must be prepaid.
- We
do not refund shipping and handling charges unless
you received incorrect merchandise.
- Products
must be returned in new condition with original packing
materials and all included printed matter.
- Opened
merchandise not in original, new condition are subject
to a restocking charge of 15% or more of the catalog
or sale price.
- Exchanges
(except musical software) for other catalog items
returned in proper condition will not be subject
to restocking charges.
- Recorded
items such as videos, CDs, software or cassettes
are guaranteed to be free of defects and will remain
playable for 180 days. We will exchange for the same
item if yours breaks.
- Merchandise
returned without prior phone authorization
shipped to us will be refused.
- Standard
manufacturer's warranties and conditions apply to
all new products purchased from Keyboards Today/Talking
Owner's Manuals.
- Special
ordered items are not available for refund or exchange.
- Checks
returned for any reason will be subject to a $15.00
charge.
- Musical
computer software, when opened, is not returnable
- as standard in the industry. If defective, only
exchanges for the same item are allowable. NO
